At **Mudrrah**, we are committed to providing a meaningful learning and consultation experience. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the terms applicable to registrations, courses, masterclasses, workshops, consultations, and other paid services offered by Mudrrah.
By making a payment or registering for a Mudrrah service, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below.
- Course & Masterclass Registrations
All registrations for Mudrrah courses, masterclasses, and workshops are subject to availability and confirmation of payment.
Once a registration is confirmed, the seat may be reserved specifically for the participant. Therefore, cancellation and refund eligibility may vary depending on the service and the date of cancellation.
- Cancellation by Participant
If you wish to cancel your registration, you must contact Mudrrah through the official email address (course@mudrrah.com)or contact channel provided on our website.
#Cancellation more than 7 days before the programme
A participant may request cancellation more than **7 days before the scheduled start date**.
Any applicable refund will be processed after deduction of applicable payment-processing charges or other non-refundable costs, where applicable.
#Cancellation within 7 days of the programme
Cancellations made **within 7 days of the scheduled start date** may not be eligible for a refund because the participant’s seat, resources, and programme arrangements may already have been reserved.
Mudrrah may, at its discretion, offer a transfer to another scheduled batch or provide an alternative arrangement.
- No-Show or Missed Sessions
If a participant does not attend a scheduled live session, no refund will ordinarily be provided for the missed session.
Where recordings or alternative learning materials are specifically included with the programme, they may be provided subject to the terms of that particular programme.
Failure to attend a session does not automatically entitle the participant to a refund or partial refund.
- Rescheduling & Batch Transfer
If a participant is unable to attend the originally selected batch, Mudrrah may, at its discretion, allow the participant to transfer to a future batch.
Batch transfers are subject to:
* Availability
* Programme schedule
* Applicable administrative conditions
* Approval by the Mudrrah team
A batch transfer is not guaranteed unless confirmed by Mudrrah in writing.
- Cancellation or Rescheduling by Mudrrah
Mudrrah reserves the right to postpone, reschedule, modify, or cancel a course, masterclass, workshop, consultation, or event due to circumstances including:
* Unforeseen circumstances
* Technical issues
* Mentor or instructor availability
* Operational requirements
* Force majeure events
* Other circumstances beyond reasonable control
If Mudrrah cancels a programme and is unable to provide a suitable alternative, participants may be offered a **full or applicable refund** for the affected service.
Where a programme is rescheduled, participants may be offered the option to attend the revised session or transfer to another available batch, subject to the circumstances.
- Consultation Cancellations
For individual consultations, cancellations or rescheduling requests should be made within the timeframe communicated at the time of booking.
If a participant fails to attend a confirmed consultation without prior notice, the consultation fee may be non-refundable.
Mudrrah may, at its discretion, offer one rescheduling opportunity depending on availability.
- Refund Processing
Approved refunds will generally be processed through the original payment method.
Depending on the payment provider or banking institution, the time required for the refund to appear in the participant’s account may vary.
Any applicable payment gateway charges, transaction fees, or other non-refundable charges may be deducted from the refundable amount where permitted.
- Promotional & Discounted Registrations
Registrations made using special promotional offers, early-bird pricing, discounts, or limited-time offers may be subject to specific refund or cancellation conditions communicated at the time of purchase.
Where specific terms are provided for a promotional offer, those terms will take precedence over the general policy to the extent permitted by applicable law.
- Duplicate or Incorrect Payments
If you have accidentally made a duplicate payment or paid an incorrect amount, please contact Mudrrah as soon as possible with the relevant transaction details.
After verification, Mudrrah will review the request and process any eligible refund through the applicable payment method.

* Name of the course, masterclass, consultation, or service
* Payment/transaction reference
* Reason for the request

Mudrrah may request additional information where necessary to verify the transaction.
- Non-Transferability
Unless specifically approved by Mudrrah, a registration may not be transferred or sold to another person.
If you wish to nominate another participant to attend in your place, prior written approval from Mudrrah is required.
- Intellectual Property & Course Materials
Refund eligibility does not grant any right to reproduce, distribute, share, sell, or commercially use Mudrrah’s course materials, recordings, presentations, workbooks, or other intellectual property.
All such materials remain subject to Mudrrah’s applicable Terms & Conditions.
- Policy Updates
Mudrrah may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our services, business practices, or applicable requirements.
The latest version will be published on this page with the updated Effective Date.
