By accessing our website or registering for any Mudrrah service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
- About Our Services

The information and services provided by Mudrrah are intended for educational, informational, and guidance purposes.
- Registration & Eligibility
When registering for a course, workshop, masterclass, or consultation, you agree to provide accurate and complete information.
You are responsible for ensuring that the information provided during registration is correct, including your name, email address, phone number, and any information required for the selected service.
Mudrrah reserves the right to refuse or cancel a registration where there is a reasonable basis to do so.
- Course & Masterclass Participation
For online courses and masterclasses:
* Participants are expected to join using the details provided by Mudrrah.
* Participants may be required to keep their camera on and actively participate during live sessions where specified at the time of registration.
* Joining links and course materials are intended only for the registered participant.
* Participants must not share joining links, recordings, course materials, PDFs, presentations, or other proprietary content with third parties without written permission.
* Mudrrah may change the session schedule, mentor, format, or delivery method where reasonably necessary.
- Consultations
Consultations may require personal information such as date of birth, time of birth, place of birth, or other information relevant to the selected service.
You are responsible for providing accurate information.
The quality and nature of any Astrology or Vastu analysis may depend on the accuracy and completeness of the information provided by you.
- Educational & Spiritual Guidance Disclaimer
Astrology and Vastu Shastra services provided by Mudrrah are intended for **educational, cultural, spiritual, and personal guidance purposes**.
They should not be considered a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal, financial, investment, or other professional advice.
Mudrrah does not guarantee any particular personal, financial, professional, relationship, health, or other outcome from the use of its services.
You remain responsible for your own decisions and actions.
- Payments
All applicable fees will be communicated before registration or purchase.
Payment may be processed through third-party payment providers.
By making a payment, you confirm that the information provided during the transaction is accurate and that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.
Mudrrah reserves the right to suspend or deny access to a service where payment has not been successfully completed.
- Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellation and refund eligibility will depend on the specific course, consultation, workshop, or service purchased.
Where a separate refund or cancellation policy is provided for a particular service, that policy will apply.
Mudrrah may not be able to provide refunds for services that have already been delivered or for missed sessions where the applicable service terms specify otherwise.
Any approved refund will generally be processed through the original payment method, subject to applicable payment-provider timelines.
- Intellectual Property
All intellectual property associated with Mudrrah, whether provided through the website, courses, consultations, masterclasses, workshops, social media, email, digital platforms, or any other channel, remains the exclusive property of Mudrrah or its respective licensors.
This includes, without limitation:
- Course materials and curriculum
- Presentations and slide decks
- Videos and audio
- Course recordings
- PDFs and workbooks
- Worksheets and templates
- Astrology charts, diagrams, illustrations, and teaching frameworks
- Vastu-related materials
- Written content and educational content
- Images, graphics, photographs, animations, and creative assets
- Logos, trademarks, brand identity, and other branding elements
- Website content
- Marketing and promotional materials
- Social media content
- Emails and other proprietary communications
- Mentor/instructor materials
- Any other proprietary content created, commissioned, licensed, or provided by Mudrrah Unless expressly permitted in writing by Mudrrah, you may use Mudrrah materials only for your own personal, non-commercial educational purposes in connection with the service for which you have registered.
No ownership or intellectual-property rights are transferred to you by virtue of purchasing a course, consultation, masterclass, workshop, subscription, or accessing any Mudrrah content.
You must not, without prior written permission from Mudrrah:
Copy, reproduce, duplicate, scan, photograph, screenshot, record, download, redistribute, publish, transmit, sell, sublicense, or commercially exploit Mudrrah content; Share Mudrrah content with another person or entity; Upload, distribute, or publish Mudrrah content on any website, social media platform, messaging platform, file-sharing service, cloud storage service, or other third-party platform; Create derivative works based on Mudrrah’s proprietary materials; Use Mudrrah’s content for teaching, training, commercial, promotional, or competing purposes; or Use Mudrrah’s intellectual property to create, develop, train, improve, or support another product, service, course, database, model, or system.
- Course Recordings & Single-User Licence
Where course or masterclass recordings are made available, access to such recordings is provided to the registered participant only.
Access constitutes a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable single-user licence to view the recordings for the participant’s own personal educational purposes.
This licence does not transfer ownership of the recordings or any underlying intellectual property to the participant.
You must not:
- Share your login credentials or recording access with another person;
- Forward, distribute, sell, sublicense, or otherwise transfer access to the recordings;
- Download, copy, reproduce, redistribute, or publish the recordings unless expressly permitted by Mudrrah;
- Screen-record, audio-record, photograph, photograph the screen, or otherwise capture any portion of the live class or recording;
- Allow another person to watch or access the recordings through your account or device;
- Upload the recordings or any portion of them to any third-party platform or service; or
- Use the recordings or their contents for any commercial, educational, training, competitive, or derivative purpose.
Any unauthorized sharing, reproduction, recording, or distribution may result in immediate termination of access without refund and may result in further legal action where appropriate.
9A. Prohibition on AI Platforms, Generative AI & Automated Processing
To protect Mudrrah’s intellectual property, proprietary educational content, course materials, and the privacy of its mentors and participants, you are strictly prohibited from uploading, submitting, transferring, feeding, transmitting, or otherwise providing any Mudrrah content or materials to any artificial intelligence, generative AI, machine-learning, automated processing, or similar platform or service.
This prohibition applies regardless of whether the platform is publicly available, privately hosted, paid, free, open-source, or integrated into another application.
Without limitation, you must not upload or provide Mudrrah content to any AI or automated system for:
- Summarisation
- Transcription
- Translation
- Analysis
- Question answering
- Content generation
- Image or video generation
- Voice or audio processing
- Data extraction
- Training or fine-tuning
- Model improvement
- Content transformation
- Creation of derivative works
- Knowledge-base creation
- Retrieval-augmented generation (RAG)
- Embedding, indexing, or storage
- Any other automated processing or use
This restriction applies to all Mudrrah intellectual property, including but not limited to:
- Course recordings
- Live class content
- Presentation slides
- PDFs
- Workbooks
- Notes provided by Mudrrah
- Videos and audio
- Images and graphics
- Astrology and Vastu teaching materials
- Marketing and promotional materials
- Social media content
- Website content
- Proprietary frameworks, methodologies, formulas, processes, and teaching systems
- Written communications and other proprietary materials
For clarity, you may not upload Mudrrah materials, screenshots, photographs, recordings, PDFs, presentations, text, audio, video, or other reproductions of Mudrrah content to services such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Microsoft Copilot, Perplexity, Midjourney, or any other AI or automated-processing platform.
You must also not use AI or automated tools to reproduce, reconstruct, extract, replicate, imitate, or create derivative versions of Mudrrah’s proprietary educational content, frameworks, teaching materials, branding, or marketing assets.
- No Independent Recording of Classes
Participants are strictly prohibited from independently recording any Mudrrah class, masterclass, consultation, workshop, webinar, or other live session using any device or technology.
This includes, without limitation:
- Mobile phones
- Cameras
- Laptops
- Desktop computers
- Tablets
- Screen-recording software
- Audio-recording software
- External recording devices
- Smart watches or wearable devices
- Browser extensions
- AI meeting assistants
- Automated transcription tools
- Bots or virtual assistants
- Any other device, software, or technology capable of recording, capturing, transcribing, or reproducing the session
Participants must not photograph, screenshot, screen-capture, audio-record, video-record, livestream, broadcast, or otherwise reproduce any portion of a Mudrrah session.
The absence of a technical restriction or the failure of a platform to prevent recording does not constitute permission to record.
Where Mudrrah provides an official recording, that recording is the only authorised recording of the session and remains subject to the single-user licence and intellectual-property restrictions contained in these Terms & Conditions.
- Violation of Intellectual Property & AI Restrictions
Any unauthorized recording, copying, sharing, distribution, AI upload, automated processing, reproduction, or other misuse of Mudrrah’s intellectual property may result in:
Immediate suspension or termination of access to the course, recordings, website, or other Mudrrah services; Cancellation of the participant’s registration without refund, where permitted by applicable law; Removal of the unauthorized material where reasonably possible; Suspension or termination of future access to Mudrrah programmes; and Mudrrah taking such further legal or other remedies as may be available under applicable law.
These restrictions apply during the course and after completion or termination of the articipant’s access and continue for as long as the relevant intellectual property remains protected.
- Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Mudrrah shall not be responsible for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special loss arising from the use of its website, educational content, courses, consultations, or services.
Mudrrah does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of its website, online platforms, or digital services.
- Changes to Services
Mudrrah reserves the right to modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any course, consultation, workshop, website feature, or other service.
Where reasonably possible, registered participants will be informed of significant changes affecting their purchased service.
- Changes to These Terms
Mudrrah may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
Any updated version will be published on this page with a revised Effective Date.
Continued use of our website or services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions, subject to applicable law.
- Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in India.
Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms & Conditions or Mudrrah’s services shall be subject to the applicable jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India unless otherwise required by applicable law.
